Please God Make It Stop!

Please, someone make this stop. As much as I like the character Lauren, this is out of character for her and that Mark Fowler guy of all people? Again, in the great wise words of a Miss Kimberly Fox, "Do me a favor!"

So many issues here, one, in the tiny Prince Albert, it was obvious Mark was stalking Lauren. Even Kim looked up when he was flirting with her. When she left after getting "caked" Mark followed her out, as Peter could clearly see with his two enormous eyes. Cindy even saw where they went as she went outside and the door was closing in the boxing gym, or whatever that place is. (Why are they closed in broad daylight?)

Even more confusing, Lauren thinks Peter is out of order for asking his mum, Cindy, if she is okay after Lauren (deservedly) slaps her. Where is their blind baby, Jimmy, as she is getting undressed in the boxing den for her fling? In fact, where is the baby when every single member of their family is at the party, including her young son Louie? She just gave birth recently to Jimmy and any young mother would be giving round the clock care to a sight impaired new baby. 

What about the accent impaired actor playing Mark Fowler Jr.? He has grown up in America, (Florida tp be exact) yet he has no trace of an American accent. Same with Vicki. Remember the original one at least TRIED to fake an American accent when she first stepped on to the Square, She was panned for it in the press, so she gave up, and overnight, Vicki Fowler was speaking in English dulcet tones. Very civilized, I say! But then she immigrated to Australia for twenty years and comes back (with a new head and body), and not a trace of Aussie about her, mate! Not a twinge. Not a mention of throwing the obligatory shrimp on said barbeque. Nothing.

But Mark Jr. was both born and bred in Florida. No chance he would have a British accent for the 30 years of life he grew up there. Going to school, working, etc. it would have been impossible to speak differently, regardless of his mother's (Michelle Fowler) accent. That's not the way language, dialect or linguistics works. Who is writing this? Further, he was born in 1996?! How much disbelief are we supposed to suspend? He looks about 40 odd!

Not sure how much more of this coupling I can take. Zack would be believable. But this?
